    I would like to begin with the conversation that began with a tow from our home to DrivenMotos place of business as our vehicle needed a starter replaced. The lady was so curtious and helpful to our needs and informed us of there intentions as they were waiting for the our vehicle to arrive. Well approximately 3 hours passed when the call finally came in saying our vehicle was ready.these folks new I was disabled and we had no other means of transportation as the offered to get us and take us to our vehicle. What a Blessing these folks are. On our way home we stopped to turn in the old starter for its core charge I asked her to pop the hood open so as to take a look , the job was outstanding as we inspected further we noticed an additional part had been put on to our surprise. These folks go beyond there call of duty and put there customers at the front of the line by an means they can. I can't say enough about the great price as well. They Have our business from now on and I Trust there workmanship and Highly recommend them as there work ethics and character of the entire staff was phenomenal.They are a True Blessing.

    I am vary happy with the service I received. The price was responsible for the service I received. I told others about them and two days later my Grandson made an appointment there. It's a shame you find a place that youit is responsible and honest only to find out otherwise. 2 of my grandsons went there. I did not receive the $25 repearl. Okay, I let that go. Took my own vehicle back there again.Because it's lake and water, they charged me a $120 to diagnostic didn't take 15 minutes and would not refund any of my money that I paid.It cost me a hundred and twenty For the fifteen minutes and then Told me he wouldn't do the job and And would not refund any of the diagnostic Money. That they tell you when they do the job.They take it off your bill But they wouldn't do the job , so i'm out My hundred and twenty dollars Total, it's a $170 that they said they would refund. And now they won't not a problem. I won't be back.

    They pride themselves on their professionalism and taking care of their customers. I always worry about getting taken advantage of by mechanics, but not here. They have worked hard to build an excellent reputation and have succeeded. They have aligned my cars, done repairs and also advised me when not to repair. I appreciate this place! Update 5/26/24. They continue to amaze me! We have purchased newer vehicles that don't require as much maintenance. However, whenever I need them, no matter how random or weird, they are right there to help! They replaced the bearings on my boat trailer, and just last week did an emergency battery replacement for me. Still great people with a wonderful attitude!

    Terri was very welcoming and gave me all the information I needed to have my brakes delivered for my Jeep. Everything was scheduled and I was all set for my appt day. When I arrived for my appt I was greeted by the owner Nick and Pam the receptionist who assured me I was in good hands. Tony was my mechanic for the day and checked to be sure the parts for my vehicle matched the order, and immediately got to work. My Jeep feels good, the staff is very professional and I would highly recommend them for my future car needs. Thank you to everyone that helped make this experience comfortable.

    I was on my way from a catering in Lancaster and my van engine like came on as I was about to jump on the interstate. I googled auto care and DrivenMotos came up, I decided to call them an LET ME TELL YALL!!! Ms. Pamela was SO helpful with me on the phone, she knew I was Soo overwhelmed, I got there and all of them welcome me with open arms.     I've been using DrivenMotos since I've moved to Lancaster. Hands down, nobody else compares. They have taken really good care of my truck and my wife's SUV and they do not overcharge. I tell people that they give dealership quality service at reduced prices. DrivenMotos will always have my business. If I'm not mistaken, I believe they honor warranties but don't quote me on that.

    This man first gave me a chance I paid $1800 down for 2003 Acura paid payments on time for three months told him about problems. The car was having he told my girlfriend which he knew well bring it by and we’ll fix it well, three weeks go by and we see someone else driving the car that we dropped off to get fixed he tells me that, we voluntarily let him repossess the car now someone else is driving a car that we paid 1800 down for and paid on time for three months. Just thought the people should know who bought a car.

    Let’s be honest ! The car was messing up and you guys had the car from July until October when I actually messaged you when you said it would been done a week after you got it . But instead it was 3months , then expect me to pay for something that sat there for months . The suspension does not cause a car to slip. Then tell me I have the option to fix it and text me the next day saying 3000 dollars to get it back . And honestly that’s all that car is worth with a salvage title . And also I wasn’t told about the salvage title until after I signed all the paperwork ! So let’s be honest about the whole situation!

    Sold and financed this customer this vehicle. She claimed the transmission was slipping and we took it into our garage to examine and test drive over 3 weeks.....no issues and shifted fine. We also found a suspension issue that she chose not to fix given the vehicle was bought "as is". She voluntarily decided not to keep the car & loan balance still outstanding until we resell it since no issue with the car after we fix her suspension issue.     Leslie Lee's car supposedly got stolen and tore up the steering column and ignition. It was evident that she tried fixing it via her son to go to pull a part who got the wrong part for the steering column and then brought it to us supposedly this was done by the auto thief....which is questionable. She reported it to her insurance company and we worked with the adjustor who too was puzzled by what our mechanics saw that didn't make sense. I (Nick) is the owner of Drivenmotos Auto Care Clinic and spent numerous hours with my cs. service rep and mechanic to try helping her understand. She was unable to comprehend our theory that the car wasn't stolen but someone changed the switch with the wrong replacement. The 2 months being stored in our facility was working thru the insurance company and numerous unanswered phone calls from me and my other staff if she was going to pay for our work. As of today, no payment with many excuses from Leslie Lee. As the owner, we have frozen anymore effort (even though we've got the correct part arriving July 29, 2023) until she pays her past due repair order (many excuses on why not) and if not we will begin daily storage charges until we're compensated for our many hours of effort. I've instructed my staff to stop all work until we're compensated for all of the effort since she brought the car into our facilities. And, l've asked my staff to get me the name of the adjustor (who supposedly has paid Ms. Lee) for the damage given our theory after inspection and the wrong ignition installed.... it wasn't ever stolen.

    This place is definitely great. The owner Nick also personally contacts customers to be sure they are happy. And I am very impressed with their knowledge. And they back their work up. I brought my 02 grand Cherokee in for some work and they had to replace the fuel pump and the seal went bad after the new pump was put in. They diagnosed it and replaced it. That’s a business you can trust. And they definitely take care of their people I am super grateful for the ems discount they give. I’m not one to ask for discounts. But it’s definitely nice to hear the appreciation for our line of work. Thank you. And I definitely will be coming back and recommending all of my friends to these guys!

    Vehicle - 03 p2 volvo 2.5lT Service requested - Diag on a multiple Random Misfire. Result from Diagnostic - was told all coil packs were bad. Mind you FCP euro provided the current plugs and coils all volvo OE and installed properly before this issue (multiple Misfire) (erratic idle and poor fuel consumption came about. Once I had received the call I promptly discussed other probable causes as the coils and plugs were relatively new (8k at most). The technician proceeded to inform me that his $10k Scanner told him it was the coils as the cams were in correlation with each other the vacuum system was without leaks and injectors were pulsing correctly. Fast forward after I obtained Vida on my laptop once I finished moving(this failure happened during transition from home to home) after a 5 min talk with a current Euro tech and the Data from Vida it was found that the signal from the ECM to plug one was null. However pulse from cylinder 4-5 were present. After that it was immediately obvious the ECM had overheated and the output diode for cylinder 1 was not giving signal. There is a excellent p2 chassis write up for this failure exactly. Now $500 later charged by this shop for time spent and cleaning the clips for the coils. What a joke this place is.... and very disrespectful. Shouldn't even be working on Euro vehicles. I simply was in a bind without my proper tools to do the job myself at the time due to moving. Bottom line shade tree arrogance doesn't make up for actual skill and knowledge when it comes to complex issues.
